We have partnered up with a wide range of architects with a lot of experience. When you decide to work with us, we showcase you all the designs from all our partners. Every architect has a personal style and one of them will resonate with you. Once you have a style you like, you may either choose to go with an existing design or go for a custom one prepared specifically to your liking. This process involves setting up your house plan that shows where different rooms will be positioned.

If you have an architect you are familiar with, we will work with them to give you the best possible experience.

Virtual Reality Services

One thing we have observed often is that people don't get a clear picture of size and scale of things. Builders and architects tell them size in feet and inches but it's difficult to get a good understanding of them. They agree to something and are shocked when the end result is either too small or too big.

That's why we offer an industry first virtual reality experience so you can look at you home and everything inside in extremely detailed virtual world. And if you wish to change anything, your architect can change it and you experience it in real time.

Cost Estimator

When you sign us on, and the archituctural plan is frozen, we provide you with a detailed cost estimation and a custom designed estimator where you may pick various materials for elements such as flooring, tiling and paints and get an updated cost instantly. We always try to get the best price available in the markets without compromising on quality. However, if you wish for us to procure something from somewhere specific, we will update this cost estimator. We gaurantee you that you will not be paying us a paisa more than the estimate assuming there are no unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
